Long story short. I have ALOT of server space that I'm currently not doing a darn thing with.
I actually just set it up today out of bordem. It is on a dedicated server, one which uptime has been for over a year. So don't fret about it ever going offline. It's quick, stable, clean and AD FREE.
Current theme, ( most likely to change ) Only displays hits, average hits, but also counts IN/OUT like any other topsite which can be seen through the stats. It also has a nifty little feature that allows users to write reviews about any site which signs up.
For the moment there is no size limit on banners until someone decides to abuse the function. I do have a button created for it already as well, which code is received upon sign up.
Frankly I'm sick of seeing all of these toplist sites with HORRIBLE pop-ups, slow load times and overall complete fail. I have a lot of plans as well as modifications upcoming for the topsite ranking system. One in which of hopefully bringing the community together even more with less of a hassle with a clean, fast and ad-free service.
Oh, did i also forget to mention its a link worth remembering and not a million letters long?

Please don't fret about the page title either, it does list feline, equine on there as well, but each category has its own page which loads within the same page. So none the less, each category still has its own ranking site so to speak. Anyways, sorry for wasting your time. I hope you sign up and spread the word! Take care!
UPDATE: I'm also currently experimenting with a LIVE stats button which displays the rank your site is currently in on the toplist within the 88x31 pixel button, which is the standard size used for toplists and affiliates.
